Our staff are fully trained, uniformed and arrive in sign-written vans on time. On arrival, a survey of the area to be cleaned is carried out, and we will discuss with you any specific problem areas or concerns you may have.
If we are cleaning multiple rooms, then we will inform you of our cleaning plan and the time it is likely to take to complete the cleaning.
Our recommended cleaning method is normally Hot Water Extraction, but on some occasions, we will use a Low Moisture Bonnet Cleaning method.
We will, of course, discuss this with you and tell you of our recommendation before we start.
Where possible, we ask that you remove small items of furniture, i.e. magazine racks, table nests etc., from the area to be cleaned.
We will move sofas, chairs and tables while we are cleaning, and we will replace them when we are finished. If you require the TV/Computer stations to be moved, we ask that you disconnect them first and you reconnect them.
